Todd earned his Bachelors in Planning and Environmental Policy at Huxley College of the Environment at Western Washington University. Todd's expertise lies in technical areas such as water quality, recreational planning, community-based education, environmental law and regulations, research, and environmental economics. He's also our technical adviser on the Stormwater Phase II Manual and leads our stormwater inspection division. He is also experienced in environmental impact analysis and project management.
When Todd is not at work, he enjoys backcountry skiing, cross country skiing, coaching, racing and product development, rock climbing, mountaineering, staying current with the news and public policy trends (news junky), any time spent outdoors, telling great jokes and stories about adventures and misadventures.
